Business Solutions was launched in January 2000 as a marketing portal for Accountants. I had previously worked for a Franchise Accountancy business heading up their Telemarketing department for 2 years, and throughout this time gained considerable experience about what both the Accountant and the potential client expect from a meeting. With this in mind, I supply quality leads with good potential to convert to clients – many of my clients have stayed with me from day one. To date I have more than 20 years experience in telemarketing, and now work with all types of businesses.
Previous to this I worked in the leisure industry selling boats and holidays on the Norfolk Broads. Using this experience I am able to provide a Holiday Rental Management service which takes in all aspects and leaves the owners of the property free to enjoy to proceeds.
The services of Virtual Assistant have been added to my portfolio more recently. For several years I offered a ‘call answer’ service to my clients when they were away on holiday but more recently I have expanded this to include other virtual office services. To many small business owners it is just not feasible to employ an assistant on a full time basis, but using my service they only pay for the time and services as and when they need them.
